Wiskat 3 Days Return to Us offers you the opportunity of returning an unwanted/damaged item(s) and to receive a partial refund. The refund will cover the amount you have paid minus the shipping fees both ways. If you do not want to receive an order, you should cancel it within 24 hours after placing it. We can send you a full refund if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us before returning a product and we will give you more instructions on how to send it back to us.

If one or more of your purchased product(s) have stopped working within their warranty period, we will be glad to assist you, that is our promise. Since several types of products have a specific warranty period(s), if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
