Managing Account Q&A

You can update your profile details (for example name, address, phone number..) in your Profile.

1. From a non-mobile device, visit My Account.

2. Under the My Account section, you can update your contact details in section Account information / Address book by clicking the "edit".

3. Update your details.

4. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

You can change your password through your Profile. To change your password, follow the steps below

1. From a non-mobile device, visit My Account.

2. Under the My Account section, you can change your password in section Account information by clicking the "Change Password".

3. Change the password to another unique one, confirm the new password.

4. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

To delete your billing information, please follow the steps below.

1. From a non-mobile device, visit My Account.

2. Under the My Account section, you can update your billing details in the section Address book by clicking the "Edit Address".

3. Update your details.

4. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
