Payment Issues & Troubleshooting Q&A

Wiskat currently accepts payment(s)/financial transactions via Alipay. However, we shall be introducing other payment gateways in the future.

Wiskat supports Chinese yuan (CNY) currency.

Usually, this is highly unlikely. However, should this happen then please inform us at support@wiskat.com by completing Customer Support Form and send it us ASAP. We shall endeavour to resolve this matter swiftly.

Below you can find possible reasons why this may have happened:

• Your payment might have been declined.

• Probably, there might have been a problem with your internet connection. In this case, the order will not be placed. You can verify/check your internet connection and go through the checkout process again.

The price of the product may vary depending on your size or color choice. Don´t forget to check the prices in your order and also make sure that you’ve taken into account the shipping price.

It may have different reasons:

• Your account has insufficient funds.

• Your account was reported as stolen or frozen.

We recommend that you contact your bank for verification or inspection.
