Return and Replacement Policy

Return as a result of quality problems:

If the buyer requests a return or a replacement of an item(s) purchased on Wiskat.com, either due to quality problem(s) or wrong product(s) delivered, the Seller/Merchant is responsible for providing and processing any after-sales services relating to returns or replacements.

In case of damage and other problems due to logistics distribution, the Seller/Merchant is responsible for providing and processing any after-sales services relating to returns or replacements.

If wrong or short shipment is found by the buyer after receipt of the items, the Seller/Merchant is responsible for providing and processing any after-sales services.

Return and replacement other than as a result of quality problems:

If the buyer applies for return and replacement within 15 calendar days following the date of sale of the items (the date of receipt by the buyer of the items) and such items to be returned and replaced have complete accessories and are capable of being resold, the Seller/Merchant is responsible for providing and processing any after-sales services to returns or replacements. The transportation costs for return and replacement other than as a result of quality problems shall be borne by the buyer.

If the buyer requests a return or a replacement of an item(s) purchased on Wiskat.com as a result of the item(s) were not as described, the Seller/Merchant is responsible for providing and processing any after-sales services relating to returns or replacements.
