Updating & Cancelling an Order Q&A

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order you have placed, as Wiskat, currently, does not provide this feature. However, you can only request a return or an exchange of the order by following the steps below.

1. Go to "My Account" section and click "My Return Requests"

2. Then click "Add Return Request". Here you will have to fill the necessary information asked for the return request and click "SUBMIT" button to send a return or exchange request.

You will have to use/fill out our "My Return Requests" Form and send us the request for processing. Your request will then be forwarded to the seller. Please, keep in mind, that is it is the duty of the Seller to initiate the return/refund or return exchange. It can take up to 30 days to process your return request.

An order may/can be cancelled for a variety of reasons such as; technical problems at time of placing an order, unauthorised action, security etc. However, Wiskat shall endeavour to ensure that such events are and remain either exceptional in nature or rare.
